Shaolin Health & Fitness has been operating for over 20 years in the health and fitness sector. We offer services in self defence, personal training, fitness, meditation and many others. Using a holistic approach, we tailor our training methods for modern day living. By incorporating breathing methods, tai chi, circuit training and other fitness philosophies, we are able to relax the mind and strengthen the body.

SIFU ANDREW PANOV
Sifu Andrew is the head of Shaolin Health and Fitness. He has over 30 years of experience within the industry, having worked in gyms for over 10 years. He has worked as a fitness instructor, pilates instructor, personal trainer and boxing/self defence coach. Coach Andrew has committed his life to helping people create a sustainable and healthy lifestyle.
He has worked with hundreds of clients throughout the years, with proven success in changing peoples lives. Coach Andrew works on a personal basis with each client to ensure that challenges are overcome and health goals achieved. With his vast experience and skill set Coach Andrew has been able to work with industry professionals, sports professionals and with private schools for their sports curriculum. His training philosophy has allowed him to lead a fulfilling life, allowing his clients to also take control of their lives and health through his teaching.
